Setting Up A Corporate Subscription Account
One of our account managers will work with someone on your end to coordinate these details.
- Choose a login username and account password.
- Record the contact details for your internal point of contact (name, phone, fax, email)
- Choose your payment options (ie. check, credit card, PO, Paypal)
- Review sourcing options for items not listed in our catalog.
- Show you our online ordering system
How to Subscribe (new, renewal and gift)
- Order yourself online or contact your Account Manager
- Receive an order confirmation via email (or fax)
- To renew orders of current subscriptions ordered elsewhere originally, give us the magazine label details and we’ll complete the renewal on our side.
- Take the renewal notices you receive and send them to us. You can request preaddressed envelopes from us as well.
- Send us a list of magazines. Mail a printout or email or upload a file (excel, pdf, dbf, txt, tab or csv). Include the magazine, and subscriber details (name and address).
- We will give you a recap report with expiration dates and recommendations of what to renew.
